2.         Entry Period. The entry period will begin at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 7/1/13 and end at Noon ET on 8/11/13 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsors will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

3.         How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter. (i) SMS Entry: submit an entry by texting the code word "SUMMER2013" to 70123.  Standard data and message rates apply. Other charges may also apply. You will receive a bounce-back message prompting you to enter your date of birth and state of residence [MM/DD/YYYY FL]. (ii) Internet Entry: Go to www.theboneonline.com and enter the code word "SUMMER2013" along with your name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, and zip, date of birth, e-mail address and daytime telephone number. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry. The use of multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that participant's entries and may result in participant's disqualification. Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, lost, late, misdirected, or garbled entries will be disqualified. Sponsors will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor's Sweepstakes application service provider. In case of dispute as to the identity of any SMS entrant, an entry will be declared as made by the authorized account holder of the wireless phone used for entry. In the event of a dispute, all on-line entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent, provided that such person satisfies all other Sweepstakes eligibility requirements. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domain associated with such ISP account. In the case of a dispute as to the identity of any Internet entrant, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.  Grand prize winner will win (a) a Bote 12' HD 2013 Stand-up Paddle Board (ARV $1,649), (b) an aluminum Bote Tackle Rac Fishing Post (ARV $199.99), and (c) an aluminum/plastic adjustable paddle (ARV $119.99). ARV of Grand Prize: $1,968.98.
