Chewy the pet raccoon has the proper paperwork involved to belong to Victoria Vidal in Ohio, but the drugs and pipe got her in a lot of trouble after being pulled over in a traffic stop. The critter was checked out and deemed fine, but the woman’s future doesn’t appear to be as good. She has a warrant and suspended driver’s license.
