Today on the Mike Calta Show, they discussed their disbelief that Hailey ‘Hawk Tuah’ Welch was asked to throw out the first pitch for the New York Mets. Several media outlets found it inappropriate due to the nature of her ‘fame.’ Mike and Geo both wondered if their young daughters know who Hawk Tuah is and if they understand what her infamous catchphrase actually means.

Welch has since responded to some of the online backlash, pointing out that she was there for charity purposes.
