Remember the movie Poltergeist?

Well the home that was used in the movie has just sold in Simi Valley, CA for $1.28 million according to TMZ and will now become an Airbnb

JP has a problem renting it because he’s scared of clowns, however he has no problem buying the Amityville Horror house where real murders happened. Would you rent the Poltergeist house and/or live in Amityville Horror House?
