Police said Jorge Orellana-Arias entered the tenant’s apartment on several occasions, proceeding to her and her daughter’s bedrooms, where he would go through their clothes, WFSB reported.

The tenant began to suspect someone was coming into her home while she was out. First, she tried barricading an entrance to the house. Next, she set up hidden cameras.

Videos show Orellana-Arias coming into the apartment through a side door then entering the bedrooms, where he finds the women’s underwear and appears to hold them to his nose.

The tenant said Orellana-Arias came into the apartment another time when her daughter was home alone. He quickly left after he saw her.

Orellana-Arias was arrested Friday and charged with third-degree burglary.
