LIGHTNING ANNOUNCE 2023 PLAYOFF ACTIVATIONS

TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Lightning are thrilled to announce several activations and events for fans leading up to and during the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Lightning Playoff Scavenger Hunt presented by Upside In partnership with Upside, the Lightning have organized a multi-day scavenger hunt that will include various tasks and offers around Tampa Bay. The scavenger hunt will take place from Friday, April 14th through Wednesday, April 19th, and the winner will receive a playoff prize pack, including a pair of lower-level tickets for the first home playoff game, a team-signed Reverse Retro 2.0 jersey, autographed prizes and more. Fans can download the official Tampa Bay Lightning mobile app to participate.

Bolts Brunch & Playoff Bar Crawl Fans looking for a party can join the Bolts Brunch & Playoff Bar Crawl on Saturday, April 15th, starting at Yeoman’s Topgolf Swing Suites in Tampa from 12-8 PM. The event includes Bud Light drink specials, Lightning swag and more throughout the day at each participating bar in downtown Tampa, including American Social Tampa, Park & Rec, District Tavern, Maloney’s Local Irish Pub Downtown and GenX Tavern. Hyde Park Playoff Pop-Up The Hyde Park Playoff Pop-Up will take place at Public Studio in Hyde Park on Saturday, April 15th, from 5-7 PM. Fans will be the first to score an official 2023 playoff t-shirt at the pop-up Tampa Bay Sports retail store. The event also features a custom 2023 Playoff photo booth and a free scoop of ice cream at OddFellows Ice Cream Co. for the first 200 fans.

Lightning Playoff Pep Rally presented by AdventHealth Fans can join the Lightning Playoff Pep Rally presented by AdventHealth on Sunday, April 16th, from 12-3 PM at Sparkman Wharf. The event features Lightning activities, a special, live broadcast of the Block Party with Greg Wolf and Braydon Coburn, appearances by ThunderBug, food and beverages, official Lightning Playoff yard signs and other playoff swag.

Official Lightning Watch Parties Additionally, the team will be hosting official Lightning Watch Parties at Sparkman Wharf during each of their first two away playoff games. Fans can enjoy live entertainment, appearances from ThunderBug and other Lightning personalities, giveaways, concession specials and more.

Lightning Plaza Parties Fans without tickets to playoff home games can still participate in the Lightning Plaza Parties outside of AMALIE Arena on Ford Thunder Alley. For $5, fans can enjoy live music, giveaways and more. The plaza will open for ticketed guests three hours before puck drop. Fans with tickets to the Thunder Alley viewing party and the arena can access the plaza via the west sidewalk in between the JW Marriott and the Pam Iorio Garage, the west sidewalk at the intersection of Morgan/Channelside or the entryway to the plaza at the NW corner of AMALIE Arena. Tickets will be made available for purchase once the round 1 schedule is released at TampaBayLightning.com
