Flags placed at cemeteries across the country for Memorial Day National Mall and Memorial Parks on Facebook shared a post about honoring the men and women who have died serving the country during different wars such as Vietnam, World War I and more in honor of Memorial Day. "Military memorials remind us of the service and sacrifice of those who fought for our freedom and also tell the stories of those impactful chapters of our history.
