BROOKSHIRE, Texas — Rescue crews are at the scene of a plane crash near Houston.
KHOU reported that 21 people were on board and that there was only one minor injury according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

All 18 passengers and three crew members have been taken from the plane, KPRC reported.
KTRK said the person who was hurt had a back injury.
The crash happened at about 10:08 a.m. local time near the Houston Executive Airport, according to the Waller County Sheriff’s Office and KPRC.

Apparently, the plane was not able to get altitude at the end of the runway, KPRC reported.
The flight was taking off for Boston, KTRK reported.
