Water, soap and creepy clowns? A car wash in Ohio is getting a little spooky for Halloween.

The Rainforest Car Wash in Medina, Ohio, is holding a haunted car wash, and it will be adjusted for the coronavirus pandemic, WJW reported.

Drivers will pay $20 to slowly go through the car wash, having their car cleaned while experiencing some small scares. They’ll also get a trick-or-treat bag filled with goodies.

But Rainforest Car Wash is not the only company that’s holding a haunted car wash.

The AquaWave Express Car Wash in Belmont, North Carolina, will be holding a car wash called the Tunnel of Terror. The owner said he first had the idea in 2016 and other companies followed, The Gaston Gazette reported.

It hasn’t been held for a couple of years, but David Warlick brought it back for 2020, the newspaper reported.

The Tunnel of Terror package, which costs $22, comes with scares by costumed employees who will also buff and dry the cars.

A Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, car wash is turning on the scares after the soap and water are done. The E-Z Kleen Car and Van Wash will start with a five-minute movie before cars are washed. There will be lights but no scaring during the washing process, but after the cleaning is done, the car will drive through a covered area that’s filled with animatronics and actors in costume. Actors will also be roaming the property as drivers wait their turn, The New Castle News reported.

The cost for the scare is $20 and includes a bag of treats.
