How to become Red Cross Ready

 
• The Red Cross recommends that people take these three steps: (1) build a disaster kit; (2) come up with an emergency plan; and (3) be informed about how local authorities will notify you during a disaster, whether through local media or NOAA Weather Radio stations or channels.
• An emergency kit should contain supplies for about three days, to include a gallon of water per person per day, non-perishable food, a flashlight and extra batteries, a first aid kit, medications and copies of important documents. Other recommended items are available at redcross.org/kit.
• Talk with members of your household and create an evacuation plan. Remember family members with special medical needs, and plan how you will care for your pets.

• The Red Cross Emergency App features real time emergency alerts and information about how to prepare for a hurricanes and other disasters.

Anna ‘s father didn’t believe in parental discretion and exposed her to Howard Stern, the Man Show, and Dave Attell’s “Insomniac” all before she had her Bat Mitzvah. This honed her affinity and fondness for obscene humor at an early age. She later told her father that his unique parenting style “f***ed her up….in the best way possible.”

In 2012 Anna moved from her hometown of San Diego, California to Detroit, Michigan because she wanted to acquire more street cred, but also to pursue a graduate degree in evolutionary psychology. After realizing her bombastic personality and lewd sense of humor would not thrive in the academic community, she began harassing local radio broadcasting companies. She somehow convinced Greater Media Detroit to hire her after she told them in an interview that she “knew nothing and had zero experience.”

Shortly after being hired in, she met local radio legend Trudi Daniels, who has been an on-air personality for over 30 years. Daniels took a liking to Anna’s affinity for masturbation jokes and the two started a podcast in January 2014 called “The Sex I’m Not Having.” In March 2015 she saw an ad for a position with 102.5 The Bone in Tampa, Florida. She decided this was her next target, and her M.O. of “harassment into submission” went into full effect. After 10 months of countless calls, emails, direct messages on social media, and a few packages in the mail, she was hired. In April 2016 she made the conventional Jewish migration to the Sunshine State, albeit about 40 years premature.
