Actor Larry Hagman dies at age 81

Actor Larry Hagman, who played villain J.R. Ewing on TV's Dallas, died at age 81 on Friday afternoon from complications of cancer, the Dallas Morning News and other news outlets reported.

Hagman's family told the newspaper that the actor died at a Dallas hospital and was surrounded by loved ones.
