Starks has just 244 yards and two touchdowns this season, but he has battled some injuries as well. Lucky for Starks and the Packers, the Chicago Bears, their Week 9 opponent, have given up the most fantasy points to running backs in the last five weeks.
Fantasy advice: Starks shouldn't be in your starting lineup unless you are desperate. In that case, Starks is a decent swing-for-the-fences option. The Packers should be up early and figure to focus on the running game while playing with a lead. That and a desire to keep Lacy fresh could mean a few carries for Starks.
Don't expect a ton from Starks, but outside of the obvious stud running backs in this game, he is most worthy of a flier.
