2014 promises to be a challenging year for nursing and healthcare. In the coming year healthcare delivery will rapidly shift from a fee for service model to a reimbursement system that focuses on client outcomes and satisfaction. These changes will force dramatic changes in how nurses provide care and their work environments. Make sure you have the knowledge and skill to survive these dramatic changes!Please join us for this one day seminar focusing on nursing workplace issues and the significant impact healthcare reform will have. This Seminar will address key safety, legal and policy issues that effect nurses providing direct healthcare.In addition to key presentations focusing on healthcare delivery there will be brief updates on Florida Nursing Association activities, discussions of Health Policy efforts and legislative challenges.Attendance is open to all nurses, nursing students and policy makers.
