Learn what metamorphosis is and how it occurs with butterflies. Develop a basic understanding of the importance of host plants in butterfly reproduction. Be introduced to the common butterflies found in our park. Go on a short walk to our butterfly garden and to a wildflower area to find butterflies. Learn what our state butterfly and wildflower are. Be introduced to how to plant a butterfly garden. Make and color a butterfly fan. Each participant will received a Florida Wildflower and Butterfly guide. Call for information; (813) 672-5320
