This is the 18th year the Child Abuse Awareness Luncheon has inspired and educated this community. The luncheon benefits Joshua House, one of the Children’s Home Society of Florida’s premier residential programs for children who have been abused, abandoned and neglected. The topic of this years’ luncheon is Child Sex Trafficking and features speakers Holly Austin Smith, a survivor of child trafficking and consultant for AMBER Alert and Detective James McBride is the Director of the Clearwater/Tampa Bay Area Task Force on Human Trafficking.
