Join Master Naturalist Melissa for a zen-filled hike through the coastal mangrove system. We will arrive at our destination, the boardwalk on Perico Bayou, by truck and then take time to enjoy the silence of nature and reflect upon the sounds of the wild. To completely relax, participants will make the hike without using any words during the duration of the trip using the technique of mindful walking. If you choose, you can even walk barefoot on the boardwalk during this de-stressing program Afterwards, take a ride out to view Robinson Preserve s resident bald eagles.
