10th Anniversary Celebration Guided Hikes   Join us on one of three exciting special hikes to learn about the coastal environment and the early residents of Weedon Island Preserve. The following hikes will be offered in the morning at 11:00 a.m. and again in the afternoon at 1:30 p.m.FAMILY HIKE:  Starting from the front entrance of the Culture Center North along the hard trail to the Maritime Forest, then  return to the Center. Time length: 45min.TOWER BOARDWALK HIKE: Starting from the back entrance of the Center to the boardwalk leading to the tower and ending at the parking lot. Time: 1 hour.HISTORY HIKE: Starting in the parking lot by the large sign.  Hiking across Weedon Drive to the trail head leading to the Native American mound adjacent to Riveria Bay. Time: 1 hourTo register for one of these hikes please select one of the ticket types above and complete the registration information. All hikes begin at the same time so please only select one to attend.Closed-toe shoes, water, sun-screen and a hat are recommended for safety and comfort.
