Ward, Jr., Ph.D.                                                   Program DescriptionC/FARS training is being offered to assist your agency’s staff in understanding the reasons for the C/FARS. The state threshold is 65.6 CFBHN Network is at 64.7 for percent of children with SED who improve their level of functioning.  A general description and rationale of the 16 functional domains and behaviorally anchored rating scale. This training is being offered on 2 different dates and locations for your convenience.
