This training is offered to case management staff who have already successfully completed Level 1 training and gained live access to the system. Training will include how to build case plans, set goals, and use the self-sufficiency matrix. Attendees will also learn how to do more detailed referrals, and create and track service transactions provided to the clients. Training will last approx 3 hours.
