Car Shows for Charity together with Brightway Insurance, have been racking our brains to come up with an event to help the wonderful Marines Corps collect toys for their annual Toys for Tots toy drive. Since all of you have spent the car show season showing off those cars, we thought that you might like to take a little cruise with them. We will be having a Poker Run on December 1st, 2012. Each hand will be a donation of $20.00, without a toy, and $10 with a toy (New Toy donations are preferred, NO stuffed animals). Each car can purchase as many hands as they would like, this is 5 Card Stud, and the person with the best hand will win. Extra cards may be purchased along the route for $10 or a new toy. 1st Prize $250, 2nd Prize $125 and 3rd Prize $75 We will start the Run at Chase Bank at Alderman and Alt 19 and we will end at Brightway Insurance (Tampa Rd. & US19), but the route and the stops will be given only on the day of the event. Upon conclusion at Brightway Insurance, we will have a celebration, award the prizes and present the Marine Corps all of the Toys that were collected. All pre-registered hands will be entered to win a Westinghouse 32” LED TV, Slim Design, High Definition Multimedia Interface, with a 2 Year Warranty.
