WW II Poster Exhibit Shows St. Petersburg on the Homefront
A colorful collection of World War II posters is now on display at the St. Petersburg Museum of History.From “Rosie the Riveter,” flexing her biceps to instructions on how to “Win with Tin”, this exhibit looks back at The St. Petersburg Homefront, 1941-to-1945.The display includes a selection of uniforms, weapons and personal memorabilia on loan from private individuals and the Armed Forces History Museum in Largo.
