This is a 3 hour class.   All employees are required to have this certification in order to work in Pinellas County in the lawn and landscape maintenance industry such as mowing, pruning, and landscape debris management.1.Photo ID is required. Without photo ID you cannot attend the class and will have to pay to re-register. 2.Arrive 20 minutes early to sign in.  If you are late you may be turned away and will have to pay to re-register. When you score 75% or higher on the test, you receive a certificate and a vehicle decal at the end of the class.If you apply fertilizer you need to take the GI-BMP class instead of this one.This class is offered at no cost to, Pinellas County Employees, School Board Employees, and Pinellas County Master Gardener Volunteers.
